  1. Enabling the flight mode

    • Go to your Mobile Network settings and tap on the Access Point Names.

  4. Select the right network mode

    There are various internet plans for 2G, 3G and 4G connections. Your device will have an internet connection only when the network mode on your device matches with the network type which is provided to you by your internet service provider.

    Go to your device settings. Choose Mobile Networks and click on Network Type/Mode option. The best option is auto but you can set according to your preferences.

  5. Check whether you have exhausted your mobile data

    If you have exhausted your mobile data i.e used up all the data that was provided to you by your ISP(Internet Service Provider), your internet connection will be blocked by the ISP until recharge or get a new plan. Different sim operators have different codes which can be used to find your mobile data balance.
